Even in the middle of summer, temperatures can easily dip below 10°C, a stark contrast to the heat of southern Québec. It's not unusual to experience two seasons in a single day! When we arrived in early August, the weather was quite cool, and we were glad to have packed pants and jackets. That same week, though, we ended up in shorts and swimsuits by the lake!

Since temperatures drop quickly once the sun sets, you won't want to miss out on stargazing under spectacular skies or even catching a glimpse of the northern lights. It's important to bring clothing suited for a wide range of temperatures.
